It also allows you to choose the template to send, create a new template, delete the template, etc. The AI tool helps to generate content for the mail templates. The quote builder in the order enables you to choose the header and footer. The Quote calculator can be used to calculate the shipping charge based on the truck, transportation distance, and other logistics information. There are some pre-defined spreadsheet templates provided by Odoo. Loyalty points are now available on SO and Portal. Another new feature introduced sales return and exchange. exchange of items is now allowed while customers return the item. Sales of Combo Products are now possible with Othe doo 18 sales module. Another feature is that we will be able to fetch product images from Google using the feature 'Get Product image with Google image'. this will fetch random images corresponding to the product name. Revamped the  Pricelist to enhance the usability and print the pricelist report. The sales Commission Plan is another feature where the company can set up sales targets and achievements for the salespeople and their commission can be calculated based on the rules set. So either commissions or rewards can be provided to salespeople to motivate them.
