Let’s see how to configure the Invoice:
Go to settings. From Document layout configuration, users can select and configure the invoice document layout.
Here, users have the option to select a base layout (Invoice Document Layout) as well as a custom document layout (Invoice Layout Configuration). When selecting the invoice document layout, users can choose from various custom layouts to personalize their invoices.
In the Invoice Document Layout, users can choose from the following options: Default, Modern, Normal, and Old Standard. If no specific formatting is required, users can select Default or Normal. Otherwise, they can opt for Modern or Old Standard for a more customized look.
In the Invoice Layout Configuration, there are two available options: Modern and Standard. Users can select the one that best suits their needs.
From the external link, users will view a pop-up where they can customize colors and other settings, as shown below.
Here, users can customize colors for various text elements, such as the company address, headings, and customer details. They can also set the base color to match their branding. Additionally, users can arrange data in custom positions and add or remove fields based on the information they want to display. Similarly, they have the option to show or hide customer details on the invoice as needed. After saving the settings, users can print their customized invoices.
