Reporting in Odoo 16 Manufacturing Module
Users of Odoo can benefit from the reporting platform to obtain an accurate analysis of the actions performed in a module. This function, which is offered in the Manufacturing module, helps you gain a sense of the manufacturing processes carried out during a certain time period.
The "Reporting" menu in the Manufacturing Module provides a number of reporting options, including "Work Orders," "Manufacturing Orders," "Overall Equipment Effectiveness," and "Production Analysis."
Work Orders
The reporting option "Work Orders" enables analyzing the work orders generated by the module. This platform provides Gantt, List, Graphical, and Pivot views. You can see the report's graphical view,.blg, as seen in the screenshot below.
You can switch between line, pie, and bar charts when viewing the graph. Ascending and descending order can also be used to arrange it. The "Filters" section's basic filters may be used to produce reports for "Work Orders" in Odoo based on statuses like Ready, Waiting, Pending, In Progress, Done, Late, and Start Date. Get reports on the work orders based on the Work Centre and Product by using the “Group By” option and mark important records inside the “Favorites” section.
Changes to the visual parameters, such as carried quantity, cost per hour, duration, duration deviation, etc., can be made by clicking the "MEASURES" button.
Manufacturing Orders
The “Manufacturing Orders” Reporting window will give you an analysis of the manufacturing orders handled by your company here. Here, you can add spreadsheet data for exclusive reporting sessions by clicking on the “INSERT IN SPREADSHEET” button. Using the Designated buttons, you can change the Bar Chart view of the window into Line, Stacked, Descending Chart, Ascending Chart, etc.
Overall Equipment Effectiveness
The company's work sites' overall equipment effectiveness can often be examined using the overall equipment effectiveness reporting platform. Users, work sites, and loss reasons can be combined to generate reports.
This Reporting section also contains the same features that are available in the other reporting windows. You can change the reporting views and measures. The report data can be sorted and filtered out using the “Filters,” “Group By,” and “Favorites” options. To enhance the report, utilize the following parameters: Availability Losses, Performance Losses, Quality Losses, Fully Productive, and Date from the “Filters” section and also change the report measures to Duration, Employee Cost, and Count from the “MEASURES” section.
Production Analysis
The Production Analysis option under the Reporting menu can be used to undertake production analysis. The reports generated by this platform will include a production analysis based on the product and finish date. Quantity Produced, Component Cost, Total Cost, Total Operation Cost, Total Subcontracting Cost, Count, and many more metrics are listed under "MEASURES" in this report.
Odoo provides a “Comparison” section in this window along with the “Filter,” “Group By,” and “Favorites” parameters.
You can compare the Production value of your business based on the End Date of the Previous Period and the Previous Year using the “Comparison” button.
