Users can now have many websites in different languages because of the functionality of multiple websites. This allows users to grow their clientele by creating websites for several countries, languages, and cultures. It also provides a unified search feature that allows users to search many websites with a single search field. Consumers can now quickly and easily get the information they require.
The Odoo platform allows you to develop and administer multiple websites simultaneously. Odoo 18 makes it easier to manage numerous websites for your diverse business requirements. It can easily manage these websites with the Odoo 18 Website module. The option to build a new website can be found in the Configuration menu, under the Settings of the website module, as shown below.
If you select the '+New Website' option, the system will display a new pop-up window where enter the details for the new website.
Here this is asked to provide the relevant Company, Website Name, and Website Domain in the new pop-up box if the platform is multi-company. Then choose the languages in which want this website to be available by going to the Languages section.
The final option is the Default Language, which will be selected automatically. After entering all the necessary information, click the Create button located in the pop-up window's lower-left corner. A new window will open once the webpage has been processed by the system.
Create a beautiful website in four simple steps with this window. If the user chooses this option, click the 'Let's do it' button. Otherwise, you can click the 'Skip and start from scratch' button in the bottom right corner of the window.
The next step is to choose the type of the website. According to Odoo, "a business website, an online store, a blog, an event website, and an eLearning platform" are the types. The purpose of a website can be stated after the type has been selected. Once selected the business type, the system will display a dropdown menu from which users can select the appropriate option.
As shown in the above image, when entering all of these details, the system will open a new window with a few premade palettes. The website's style and visual appeal can be enhanced using these. Additionally, this color scheme can make it easier to identify the brand. If would like not to choose by hand, it can be submitted to the logo to be recognized automatically. Odoo will read your logo upon submitting it and recognize it right away. To add the logo, click the 'upload' arrow and adhere to the instructions.
Selecting and adding the pages and features which is required for your website from the list on the following page is the next stage.
It can access a number of default pages here. Each of these doesn't have to be made alone. Just select the pages that are required; additional pages can be made later if necessary. After selecting the pages, click the 'Build My Website' button in the same window's lower right corner. As seen below, the system will begin building the website as soon as clicking the button.
The Odoo system provides with a suitable website structure once it is complete. To create a fantastic website, it can be used by many building blocks, customization options, and themes located on the right side of the window.
On selecting the Blocks area, the system will present a large selection of construction blocks. The user can construct and save their website using any of these.

This will make it simple to drag and drop the building pieces in the right portion of the window. You can choose from appropriate blocks in the Blocks section. Click the CUSTOMIZE menu item to change a block you've selected for your page.
