Once created, surveys can be tested, shared, or printed. The Test icon lets you preview and adjust the survey before it goes live.
Upon testing the survey, you will be led to a website interface. The description that we have provided in the ‘Description’ tab while configuring the survey will be displayed under the survey title area. Here, you can participate in the survey using the ‘Start Survey’ button, and proceed to answer the survey questions.
Start the survey and complete each question individually at a time. Here, we've configured the pagination setup such that each page has one question. So, as you can see below, the page will only display one question at a time.
Click "Continue" or hit "Enter" whenever you've finished answering a question. The screenshot below illustrates how the survey website page displays the new "Scale" question type.
After completing all the survey questions, press the ‘Submit’ button to submit your response. This will lead you to the survey completion page and the end message area as shown in the screenshot below.
Finally, you can retry the survey using the ‘Take Again’ button or review the answers using the ‘Review your answers’ button.
To distribute the survey to the targeted participants or users, select the Share icon from the survey configuration form, which opens another form for survey sharing. Here, enter details like survey name, URL, recipient list, and completion deadline. You can also configure an email to share it with multiple participants, including recipients, additional mail IDs, subjects, and attachments regarding the survey.
The ‘Start Certification’ option can be used if the survey is certification-based, along with an optional end message. Finally, share the survey email using the ‘Send’ button.
