After sending the survey, the Participants smart button on the participants response records displays detailed information, such as Created on dates, Survey Names, Contact, Email, Attempts, Deadline, Score as well as Status.
Additional Favorites, Group By, and Filters allow for efficient sorting and viewing of survey responses. You can view responses in either list or Kanban view and print surveys as needed. Upon completion, surveys can also be closed or archived.
In the case of live session surveys, we can initiate these live sessions using the ‘Create Live Session’ button provided at the top of the form.
During the session, participants’ responses are viewable via the See Result option, which displays live results as a pie chart indicating success percentages.
