All survey questions are managed under the Questions & Answers tab, which stores a comprehensive list of questions across all surveys. Each entry displays the question title, associated survey, and question type.
By clicking on the selected question column, it will open its form view where you can review, edit, or add suggested responses for each question as illustrated in the screenshot below.
Here, you can edit the questions and question types as per the requirement.
When creating various survey question forms, we may provide survey participants with options or suggestions. The Suggested Values menu item in the Questions & Answers menu contains these recommended responses. You can manage these Questions and their Answers from this window.
Just click on a particular question’s suggested value to edit or delete it. This will open s form view where you can simply edit the changes.
The ‘Detailed Answers’ window under the Questions & Answers tab provides access to participant responses, showing details such as survey name, user input, question, response date, answer type, and score.
Selecting a question here allows for deeper insight into participant responses in a form view. There, you can manage or edit the Question, Answer Type, Skipped, Row Answer and Suggested Answer as illustrated in the screenshot below.
