Surveys play a key role in corporate operations, providing a platform to gather valuable feedback from employees and customers. This feedback helps the company assess and adjust its strategies, products, and services to meet market demands effectively. Monitoring reviews and comments on products and services is essential for strategic adjustments, enabling the company to align more closely with customer preferences.
Benefits of the Survey Module in Odoo 18
The survey module in Odoo 18 helps centralize and organize feedback, allowing easy analysis and better decision-making. Once a survey is tested and finalized, it can be published online, expanding access to customers or employees. Independently gathered surveys are ready for deeper analysis and can provide insights that support business growth.
The Odoo 18 Survey module offers a robust platform for managing surveys with a variety of pre-built options tailored to different applications. On the survey module's main page, you'll find a collection of pre-configured surveys, which you can conveniently organize and filter.
The Filters, Group By, and Favorites functionalities support this by enabling sorting and categorizing options. Through Filters, users can refine surveys based on criteria like "is a certification," "is not a certification," "archived," and "add custom filters." In the Group By option, filters for “Responsible” and “add custom group” are available, offering structured views of surveys by responsible person or customized categories.
The Favorites section allows you to save and revisit specific surveys as needed, and you can even save custom searches to quickly access them from the dashboard.
Displayed in a Kanban view in both list and activity modes, each survey title reveals essential details, including survey name, response totals, certification status, and success rates. Each survey entry features a three-dot icon in the upper-right corner, opening options like "Edit survey," "Share," "Delete," and "Color," for easy access to survey management. Additionally, a clock symbol enables the scheduling of activities associated with each survey.
