Repair Order Tags
In Odoo 18, the Repair Order Tags feature provides users with an enhanced ability to categorize and organize repair orders more efficiently. This functionality is particularly useful for businesses handling large volumes of repair requests, as it allows for better tracking, sorting, and management of repair tasks through the use of customizable tags. Tags can be used to indicate the status of repairs, priority levels, product types, or any other classification that aids in streamlining operations.
To begin utilizing tags for repair orders, navigate to the Configuration menu within the Repair Module. Here, you will find the Repair Order Tags option, which allows you to create, edit, and manage tags for your repair orders. To create a new tag, simply click on the New button, which opens up a window where you can define the tag’s name and any other relevant details.
The process of adding tags to a repair order is simple and highly customizable. In the creation window, as seen in the Odoo 18 interface, you can assign pre-configured tags to repair orders based on the needs of your business.
