Invoicing - Odoo 18 Community Book

Invoicing

Objective parts of a business that require an effective management system are invoicing and accounting. The smooth running of your company depends on the proper governance of its financial procedures. If not, your business will ultimately face disastrous financial collapse. By reducing human accounting errors, the Odoo 18 ERP system may help the accounting department of your business save time and effort. Your business will perform better in terms of financial management thanks to this program. The community edition of Odoo 18 has an Invoicing module that can handle a variety of invoicing processes. This module is quite helpful in creating and managing invoices, sending them to anxious clients on scheduled dates, and monitoring the payments made on each invoice. Several additional helpful Odoo 18 modules can be integrated with this module, such as purchase, inventory, sales, and many more

The Odoo 18 Community edition comes with the Invoicing module only; the Accounting module is not included. Some of the features and functionalities of the Accounting module will not be available in the Invoicing module. But you can use all of the invoicing features in the Community edition by following a few easy steps.

To get started, go to the General Settings menu in the Community edition and choose the Developer option, as seen in the screenshot below.
