Tags
In Odoo 18, creating tags for employees is straightforward and helps in categorizing and managing staff efficiently. This feature is accessible through the Configuration menu once developer mode is enabled.
The Tags page displays a list of pre-existing tags that can be assigned to employees, such as tags for skills, projects, or departments. To add a new tag, simply click the "New" icon and enter the desired label, which will then be added to the existing list.
These tags can be applied to employees when adding a new hire or updating an existing profile, enabling easy grouping and filtering of employees based on specific attributes or roles within the organization.
