Notifications and Managing Messages
With the Discuss interface, users have the option to turn on desktop notifications to remain informed about incoming messages. This can be done using the ‘Notification’ icon and altering the notification settings as per the requirement as illustrated in the screenshot below.
By clicking the Chat icon on the main menu, they can access new notifications from anywhere in Odoo. This icon provides quick access to respond to messages without needing to navigate back to the Discuss module constantly.
