The Management menu in the Odoo Attendance module provides tools for administrators and managers to efficiently manage attendance operations. It includes overseeing employee records, work schedules, attendance requests, shift assignments, and kiosk modes.
The Management dashboard provides a quick overview of the attendance of each and every Employee which has overtime status ‘To Approve’ with their Check In, Check Out, Worked Time, and Extra Hours.
The approve button approves the overtime and the status gets updated to ‘Approved’.
When the default filter ‘To Approve’ is removed, all the approved employees' overtime can be viewed with their Check-in, Check-out, Worked Time, and Extra Hours.The ‘Refuse’ buttons on each employee column can be used to refuse the attendance hours and manage them according to the company policies.
