Nowadays, it's fairly simple to post a job position on the internet if a new offer comes
in for the organization. This makes it easy for applicants to learn about the opening
and apply for it.
The Odoo 17 app store has the Online Jobs module. If the Website module is chosen, the
Online Jobs module will be deployed together with the website. Additionally, the module
and the Recruitment module are integrated.
The Recruitment module and the Online Jobs module are interconnected. Thus, the job
positions that are established will enable the website to post them. As a result, the
job position will have an Is Published tick option. If this is enabled, the job posting
will appear on the business website, where candidates can apply quickly and
conveniently.
To begin, let's create a fresh job post on a website. Click the +New button in the
top-right corner of the screen to do that.
You can choose the Job Offer menu by clicking on the +New button and publishing new job
offers on your website.
When you click on this icon, the window displayed below will open and you can use the
editing tools to add the Job Title and other details. Possible to add more additional
snippets, by the drag and drop option.
First, save the created job position. Then Publish the job position.
The Job Position button placed on the upper left corner helps the user to edit the Job
Position option.
The Recruitment and Job details are available from the page. The Job Position can also be
viewed from the backend of the Odoo 17 Website module. For that, choose the Jobs option
from the Site tab.
Then the Job Page details will be displayed in a list view. To know more about the Job
Page, open it.
Next, once the job position setup is complete, publish the newly formed job position.
Then, as indicated below, candidates can submit an application for the position by
clicking the Apply Now option.
Next, start filling out the application on the next page. Include the candidate's name,
phone number, email address, LinkedIn profile link, resume, and a succinct introduction.
Details about the job description are shown on the right side of the screen.
Once all the information has been entered, click the button to submit the application.
The user has the ability to personalize the button here. The Edit button allows you to
make changes to the button and is located at the top of the screen. The user has the
ability to modify the Label.
The user receives the application on the Odoo 17 Recruitment Module, and the applicant
receives a reply message on the screen.
The Odoo 17 Recruitment Module also makes it easy to manage job positions and
applications.
