Defaults Terms and Conditions
Default Terms and Conditions is one of the customization options that Odoo17 offers for
the Accounting module's billing process. By default, the user or the business can add
their own terms and conditions to the invoice. You can mention the default terms and
conditions in the settings.
The Customer Invoice section contains the default terms and conditions. It can be
included as a link to a web page or as a note.
The default terms and conditions will appear at the bottom of orders, quotes, and
invoices.
Total amount of invoice in letters
The Total amount of invoice in letters is one of the new features added to Odoo
17. This is located in the Settings under the Customer Invoice action.
Enabling this will also display an invoice's total amount in letters.
Invoice Online Payment
The opportunity to pay an invoice online is located in the customer payment section.
which will enable clients to make payments via their portal.
The customer will see the Pay Now button on the portal if they have enabled
online invoicing.
Customers can pay their invoices by using the ideal payment terminal.
