Reporting
The Odoo 17 Time Off Module's Reporting Menu makes it simple to manage and
generate new reports regarding the amount and kind of time off that employees have
taken.
Time Off Analysis by Employee
This Time Off Analysis By Employee report makes it easier for us to comprehend how
many leaves there are and all other related firm data. The report will be sent out every
day, every month, or every year.
The graph of the employees' vacation time taken by the company is displayed in the
screenshot below.
The number of employees will be on the X axis, while the period in days will be on the Y
axis. Other than graphically, the window can be viewed using the Pivot and Calendar
modes by using the choices located in the rightmost corner. There are three possible
graph formats: line, bar, and pie charts. The number of times off will appear to you in
different colors.
You will receive the pivot view analysis based on the type of leave, as indicated below.
You can find the total amount of leave days for each type here. You will be given a list
of the employees who used that specific form of time off after you select one of them.
You will find the information in the provided list, which includes the number of days,
the type of request, the start and end dates, the status of the time off, and a
description. You can use this report to comprehend the type of time off and the data
associated with it.
Time Off Analysis by Type
On the Time Off Analysis by Type platform, you can see a list of the time off
based on types.
The user can view this platform in List view or Pivot view. The list view is seen above.
The information displayed includes the Employee's details, Days, Request Type, Start and
End Dates, Status, and Description.
