Orders
You can access the details of the customer's orders placed in the Point of Sale module by using the Orders menu. You can effortlessly maintain and manage the data with the help of this option. Orders will be an option that is accessible directly from the main menu bar.
You can find information on the page about the customer, employee, order reference, session, date, receipt number, total, and order status, among other things. If necessary, the page can also be seen in pivot and kanban views. The Filters and Group By options can be utilized to sort by the specific category that is needed, if appropriate.
Sessions
You will find all of the sessions that are available in the point of sale module under the Session option under the Order menu.
The list of sessions in the point-of-sale module will be available to you on the page. The page is also visible in List and Kanban views. You may find information about the session, including its ID, point of sale, opening by, opening and closing dates, and current status, on this page. Detailed sessions can be maintained in the favorites list with the use of the Filters and Group By options for categorization.
