Canned Responses
It is possible to create canned responses in Odoo to communicate with your customers. These predefined responses can be used to reply to your customers for commonly asked queries and questions. Go to the Configuration menu to create such Canned Responses in the Helpdesk module.
Here, you will be able to see the Shortcut and Substitution of various Canned Responses. Clicking on the New button will open a new line where you can create a new Canned Response. Use the Save button to save the new one to your system. You can use “:” in the chatbox to get the list of canned responses.
