Activity Planning
The Activity Planning option can be found in the Configuration menu of the Employee module. This option can be used for configuring various activity plans for the employees, just like onboarding and offboarding activities in a company. The Plans window will show the list of already configured plans as shown below.
Clicking on the Create button will open a new form view where you are allowed to create a new activity plan for the employees.
After mentioning the Plan Name, you can specify the Department and Company in the respective fields. Under the Activities To Generate tab, you can add activities using the Add a Line button.
Here, you will get a pop-up window as shown above. Mention the Activity Type, Summary, Company, Responsible, and Note related to the activity in the corresponding fields. After adding the required activities to the plan, the new plan will be saved in your database.
