Reporting
Users can analyze the appraisals and skills reports of each employee in a company within the Reporting feature. In the Reporting tab, you can acquire Skills Evolution and Appraisal Analysis menus.
Appraisal Analysis
Select the Appraisal Analysis menu in Reporting to analyze all employee appraisal reports. The graph view of the Appraisal Analysis window denotes the Department data in X-axis, and Y-axis shows the total count of appraisals based on each department. Users can also check out the graph in various formats such as line, pie, and bar view.
Appraisal Skills Report
You can access the skill reports of each employee once choosing the Skills Evolution menu in Reporting. In the Appraisal Skills Report window, you can view the data such as employee, skill, current skill level, justification, employee, and more.
