My Allocations
Time Off Allocations in Odoo Time Off module are the aspects that will allow you to allocate a certain number of leaves to a distinct type to your employees. In some situations, the employee must be required additional leaves more than that of his approved or assigned legal time Offs. For handling these situations, Odoo considered allocations. The My Allocations menu available in the Odoo Time Off module will allow you to view and manage all of your allocations. The menu can be accessed from the My Time Off tab. So we can take the route Time Off -> My Time Off -> My Allocations to view the window. Using this My allocation window, you can request additional leaves.
My Allocations window will depict each of your allocations along with the details such as Time Off Type, Description, Duration, Allocation Type, and Status. You are also able to create a new request for allocation by clicking on the CREATE button available. Now you will depict the Allocation creation window as shown in the below image.
If you need additional leaves than your allotted legal leaves, you can submit a request for additional leaves. This can be submitted by using this window. For example, if you have 12 leaves in a year and you need three more leaves. You can request the additional leaves using the Allocation requests. Here in this form, you can provide the Time Off Type, Validity Period, Duration. And also, you can add a reason for the allocation.
