Reporting
The Reporting tab of the Odoo Repairs module includes a Repairs menu which will
help you to analyse your Repair Orders. The Odoo system allows you to view the report
in various views such as Bar Chart, Line Chart, and Pie Chart. You can also apply
various default as well as customizable options like Filters, Group By, Favourite,
and Search. The default filters available in the window are Quotation, Confirmed,
Ready To Repair, Invoiced, Created On, and under the Group By option you have the
Customer, Product, Status, Warranty Expiration, and Company.
The MEASURES tab available in the left top of the window will allow you to generate
reports in various measures. The menus included under this tab are Product Quantity,
Taxes, Total, and Untaxed Amount. Moreover, the system allows you to view the window
in different views such as Graph, List, Kanban, and Pivot. The menu icons for accessing
these views can be accessed from the top right corner of the window as highlighted
in the image below:
You can view the menu icon highlighted in the above Repair Order analysis in the
Kanban view. The Kanban view will depict the Repair Orders in various stages based
upon their status. The List view of the window is described below.
The Repair module available in the Odoo ERP allows you to offer services to the
customers for the products they brought from you and also the module is the best
helping hand to the manufacturers. Implementing this module to your business or
company will ensure quick response and better customer satisfaction.
