Reporting
The Reporting menu provided by Odoo in the Subscription module will give a clear idea about the activities done in this module. You can create various reports using this menu. The reports generated through this module can be used to take necessary actions to improve the performance of your team related to the management of subscriptions. Under the Reporting menu of the module, you will get Subscriptions, Retention, Revenue KPIs, and Salesperson Dashboard options.
The Pivot view of the Subscription analysis will give the reports about the Monthly Recurring Revenue, Quantity, Recurring Price, and Yearly Recurring Revenue of each subscription created in the Subscription module. You can also use the Graphical and Cohort views on this platform.
You will get the reports of the Retention Analysis in this module as shown below.
The Measures used in this report are the same as that of the subscription analysis. You can generate more advanced and accurate reports by using the default as well as customizable Filters and Group By options.
The Revenue KPIs or Key Performance Index will show the report of KPIs of the subscriptions created in the module in a particular period of time.
The Salesperson Dashboard option will help the salesperson of a company to get reports about the Monthly Recurring Revenues, Non-Recurring Revenues, Subscription Modification, Non-Recurring Invoices from subscriptions created by him.
The Subscription module in Odoo 15 will enable you to handle the services based on subscription in an organized manner. The user can easily and effortlessly create new subscription plans and renew existing plans for customers.
