Alerts
You can send alerts to customers if the subscription plan reaches the end date or to remind them about the payment dues. In the Configuration menu of the module, you can find the Alerts option.
The list of already configured alerts will show the Action Name, Company, and Subscription Count. Use the Create button to set a new alert.
You can specify the name of the Alert in the given space. The alert will be applied to subscriptions that match the specified conditions. You can define these conditions under the ‘Apply on’ tab. You can set the alert conditions on Monthly Recurring Revenue, Rating Satisfaction, and Changing in stages. Specify the Subscription Templates, Products, Customers, Company, and Sales Team to set this alert. In the Action field, you can select an action to generate the alert. From the drop-down menu, you will get the list of actions as shown below.
You can also set the Trigger on Modification or Timed Condition. Click the Save button to save the alert.
