Working Times
Odoo 15 Payroll module allows you to configure working times. It is an essential aspect of increasing the productivity of your organization. This will be a handy feature when your organization has different branches all over the world. Allowing flexibility in the workplace will be advantageous to the employers and employees to choose their efficient time for getting maximum potential. The Working Times menu in the Odoo Payroll module allows you to enter into the Working Times window as shown in the image below.
This window will display all the configured Working Times in the platform. The window will list the Working Time, Work Time Rate, Associated Company, and Number of Contracts using it. For creating a new working time you can click on the CREATE button.

Odoo includes so many options under the Configuration tab of the Odoo Payroll module to define Salary rules and salary structures. Let us have a look at the options first.
The above-highlighted menus help you create Salary Structure, Salary Structure Type, Salary rules, Salary Rule Parameters, Other Input Types. Moreover, you can also view the Salary Package Configurators options such as Advantages, Personal Info, and Resume. We can discuss each of them below.
