The home dashboard window of the Payroll module depicts a list of employees and all the essential details regarding the employees. It is necessary data that we definitely need for payroll software. Odoo Payroll management system manages all the predefined employees in this window. All the created records can be selected and viewed in detail.
The above image depicted is the List view of the window, and you are also viewing the window in Kanban format. These two windows allow you to view employees based on their department, status, and their company allocations. It is because of this reason that the Payroll module in the Odoo platform can be easily integrated with the Odoo Employee module. Similarly, it can be combined with the Attendance and Payroll modules in the platform. The payroll operations of an employee are directly associated with the attendance and time off of the employee. In addition, as we mentioned earlier, the module assists you in managing employees’ insurance, loan, taxes, allowance, and bonuses.
The Payroll module also allows you to manage Contracts and Salary structure which are the two main aspects required for managing payslips. Let us have a look into the Contracts window available in the module.
