Production Analysis
Just like having the report of the functionality and effectiveness of the equipment, having a report of the overall production and their analysis is equally important. This will help you to check the reliability of the manufacturing processes. Corrective actions can be taken if the production profits are declining after evaluating the analysis. Through this, higher yields in the profits can be attained.
In the Odoo 15 Manufacturing module you can view the analysis of the production by selecting the Production Analysis option from the Reporting tab. The graphical analysis of the production will be displayed along with the analytical analysis. You can apply different measures such as the Component Cost / Unit, Duration of Operations, Quantity Produced, Total Component Cost, Total Cost, Total Duration of Operations and Total Operation Cost. The report can be compared with the previous period or year’s analysis.
At the pivot view you can have the analysis based on the Average Cost, Average Component Cost, Average Operation Cost and the Quantity Produced. The report can be saved to your excel sheet by selecting the Insert in Spreadsheet option. As the costs are displayed per unit, you will be able to do detailed analysis by comparing it with the quantity produced.
