You will be able to change the product details provided under each product and add new ones by selecting the Create option from the menu. When you select to create a new product, a window will open asking you for details such as the product's name and whether it can be sold or purchased. You may also describe the product's look by selecting the image icon and a photo from your computer. Now that the essential characteristics of the product have been stated let's move on to the next stage of product configurations, where we will discuss the parts of how it may be specified in operation.

First, need to set up the general information sections. Here, you may specify whether the product category is a consumable, a service, or a storable good whose inventory should be managed by the platform's in-house inventory management module. Consumables are products that may be consumed or are perishable in a short period of time, typically food and other perishables with a limited shelf life.

Products that can be stored have a longer expiration date and are less likely to be damaged. All non-consumable products are also included in this category. Service-based items are those that may be provided to the client as a service based on their requirements but are not physically present. If the product is only consumable, it will be possible to specify inventory. The product category can also be specified and selected from a drop-down menu. After we've established the sales price for the goods, you may specify the extra prices. Additionally, you may specify the Customer Taxes and the TaxCloud Category by selecting them from the dropdown menu. You can also provide any Internal Notes that must be specified for the particular product.

Additionally, under the variants page, all product variants used in business operations may be described. The "Add a line" option allows you to provide both the variant's values and characteristics. The number of alternatives will be shown on a smart button, as seen in the screenshot that goes with this sentence. You are able to add as many variations for a single product as you want, and they will all be shown under the same product description.

Purchase information elements, such as vendor bill management aspects, can be changed under the Purchase tab of the product description menu. Here, the vendor taxes that are connected to the product and that the vendor has indicated are defined. This section can be used to specify different taxes for operations at a certain time.

The Accounting tab of the product description window allows you to define the product's Accounting details. The drop-down box allows you to select one of the receivable components, such as the Income Account in this example. The Expense Account may be defined in the same way as the Payable elements. The income account keeps the earned revenue while selling an item to the customer and the expense account keeps the expense generated during the purchase of that item from any vendor.

The Email Template may be specified under the section automatic email upon invoicing, which will send the customer a product-specific email after the invoice has been confirmed. After selecting one of the Variants choices in the Product creation description box, you will be directed to the Product Variants menu, as seen in the picture below. Name, attribute values, sales price, and cost are all defined here, as well as internal reference information. The Filtering and Group by options are also useful for excluding the essential Product Variants.
