Direct Debit Mandates are one of the most complex instruments and terms of operation
used in corporate operations. By using the Direct Debit Mandates, you may be sure that
the customer has authorised your firm to collect payment for any future business
activities. The direct debit mandates are formed whenever the consumer and the business
have agreed to a contract or a trust that has been established between them on the
elements of the administration of the business operation.
The Odoo platform employs an appropriate menu that is present on the Customers tab of
the Odoo Accounting module to facilitate the handling of Direct Debit Mandates. You may
use the menu to establish new Direct Debit Mandates for operations on the Odoo platform.
The customer's name, IBAN (international bank account number), journal, SDD Scheme
details, Identifier, Start date, and End date can all be entered in the creation window.
Based on the Start Date and the End Date, the operational period for each of the
eligible Direct Debit Mandates is determined.
