The Orders area of an eCommerce website is intended to manage the Order-related operations. This section allows you to manage all of your orders and client information in one location. There are several choices under the Orders section, including 'Orders, Unpaid Orders, Abandoned Carts, and Customers. It provides a comprehensive overview of all orders, including order status, payment status, shipment details, client details, unpaid orders, and other information.

Each of these recordings can be chosen and examined in depth. With the help of the corresponding menu icon in the top right corner of the window, you can view the window in multiple formats, such as List, Kanban, and Activity. The List view will show all of the important information about the Order, such as the Order Number, Order Date, Website, Customer, Salesperson, Activities, Company, Total, and Invoice Status. The photograph of the relevant salesperson is displayed alongside the name in the Salesperson field. You can start a conversation with that salesman by clicking the photograph. When you click this button, the system will offer a popup chat window to allow you to continue.
