Customers

Customers with accounts on an eCommerce site can access all of their papers from one location. Customers must first log in to the eCommerce website, then click on their username in the top-right corner of the page, and then click My Account. Customers can access their quotations, orders, invoices, and so on from there.

Customers are managed through the Customers menu, which is found under the eCommerce tab of the Odoo 16 Website module.

This option allows you to examine customer information, track customer activity, manage customer accounts, and accept payments. It also has the ability to establish customer groups, create customer coupons and promotions, send out email activities, and perform other tasks. Furthermore, the Customers menu allows the organization to easily keep track of customers, allowing them to better adapt their eCommerce experience to each customer. As demonstrated in the screenshot below, the Customers menu will display all previously configured customer details.
