Project Management

Every task can be easily managed and regulated using my task option, which is available under the main dashboard. The page of my task will be, as shown in the screenshot below.

On the page, you can see different tasks provided which are already configured. There, you can make use of the filters, group by, and favorites options if required. Under the filters option, you will get the options such as my task, my private task, followed task, my team task, my department task, unassigned, my projects, my favorites, my team's project, my department's project, high priority, low priority, late milestone, late task, task due date, ask in overtime, the task soon in overtime, open tasks, closed task, closed last 7 days, closed last 30 days, satisfied, dissatisfied, okay, no rating, archived, and add custom filter options, respectively. Now, you can see the different options under the Group By option, such as stage, personal stage, assignees project, milestone, customer, sales order item, Kanban state, deadline, creation date, and add group options, respectively. And finally, you have the options of saving a current search and adding to my dashboard options, respectively. You can make use of the required one accordingly.

The page can be viewed in a list, calendar, pivot, and graphical views as well other than Kanban. You can make use of the search icon also if needed. You can see different stages in the given pages, which can be easily created using the add a stage option. In order to create a similar kind of task, you can go to the NEW icon. The creation page for the task will be as shown in the screenshot below.

On the creation page of the task option, you have to provide some details, such as the name or title of the task, project details, name of the assignee, customer, deadline for the project, and related tags. Now, under the description. You can add the description of the task accordingly. Now, when you are done with adding all the required details, you can go to the save icon, which will only get saved annually. And then, the newly created tasks will be seen in the already-created list of tasks. Now, you can see on the leftmost side of the page different stages, such as today, this week, and this month, which will be allocated to the particular stage accordingly. Now, on selecting the pivot view, you will get the list view of the data as well. In every view, you can make use of the filters, group by, measures, and favorites options accordingly. Now, let us look at how to create an invoice for a project.
