Work Orders

Managing and regulating the work orders helps the company to organize every work that is related to the production of products in a well-structured manner. On triggering the work orders, we will get the options available in the main menu of the manufacturing module.

On activating the option of work orders from the settings menu, you will get the apge of work orders on a separate page. There, you will get an already-created list of work orders if are already created. On the list, you will get the details, such as the work order manufacturing order, product scheduled start date, expected duration, real duration, and status of the work ordered. The page can be seen in Kanban list, pivot, and graphical views as well.

Unbuild Orders

Using the unbuild process, you can convert the finished work into components. A particular product may be required to convert to different components sometimes. Then you will need to keep the records of every component. Such unbuild press can be easily managed and regulated under the manufacturing module. The options will be available in the operation menu of the manufacturing module. The page provides the list of all the created and unbuilt orders.

On the page, you will get already created a list of unbuilt orders if created already. You can make use of the filters, group by, and favorites options if required. In order to create a similar kind of unbuild order, you can go to the NEW option. The creation page will be, as shown in the screenshot below.

Here, you can add the name of the product, bill of material, quantity, manufacturing order, lot/serial number, and name of the company. Finally, you can go to the SAVE icon. On saving, the unbuild button can be used to finalize the draft of the unbuild order.

There, you can make use of the edit option in order to make the necessary changes.
