Operations

Now, let us look at how to assign different operations on the manufacturing module very easily. These are the manufacturing processes that are configured as the operations under the Odoo software. In every work center, the coordination of the operations in the manufacturing helps you to complete the production of a quality product for the customer. The process of creating and management of the operations in the manufacturing module is very easy. The option will be available in the configuration menu. The option can be activated from the settings menu also. The page of the operation menu will be, as shown in the screenshot below.

The page of operations of the manufacturing module is shown in the image above. There, you will get the details regarding the already configured operations, the deals such as the name of the operation, bill of material, work center, duration computation, and duration in minutes will be available in each of the operations. You can make use of the filters, group by, and favorite sports can also be made use of accordingly. Now, let us look at how to create a similar kind of operation in the manufacturing module of the Odoo ERP. The page of certain of the operation will be, as shown in the screenshot below.

On the creation page, you have to add the name of the operation, bill of material, and work center, and apply it on various duration computations, which can be triggered as compute based on tracked time or set duration manually.
