Reporting

Reporting is the process of clearly and concisely presenting data from numerous sources. Always carefully planned procedures are used to report accurate data and prevent misunderstandings. Odoo reporting tools provide dashboards with cutting-edge data visualization capabilities. So the users can generate a wide range of reports, including Market Studies, Operational Reports, Financial Reports, Accounting Reports, and more. This makes it simpler to see how each function is performing quickly.

To create and view your maintenance-based reports, Go to the “Reporting” menu from the Maintenance Module, as shown in the screenshot below.

You can create a variety of reports about the maintenance requests you create in the maintenance module on the Reporting home page based on the measurements listed in the Maintenance module's Reporting menu. Odoo's Maintenance Requests can be quickly analyzed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

You can see that the Maintenance Request data are displayed in a Bar Chart view in this Report view. By selecting the appropriate icons on the report page, as shown in the above screenshot, you can change the report view into a line chart, stack, pie chart, descending or ascending, graph, pivot, kanban, list, or calendar view. Additionally, you can refer to the report's pie chart representation below.

You can change the measures of the report view using the “MEASURES” button.

As shown in the screenshot below, you can also use the "Filter" option to sort and filter the data, group some specific data using the "Group By" option, and add reports to your favorites by using the "Favourites" option. It is also possible to add custom filters as per your requirement.
