Maintenance Calendar

You can view the calendar view of all the maintenance tasks from the Maintenance Calendar option of the Maintenance menu. You can view the tasks from a particular day, a week, a month, or a year.

Using the Maintenance Calendar in the Maintenance Module, you can quickly create a maintenance request based on a particular date. This is a simple method for planning maintenance tasks based on the dates that are available on your working calendar. Go to the “ Maintenance Calendar” Option from the Maintenance menu dropdown list, as shown in the screenshot below.

You can see the Maintenance Calendar homepage, as shown in the screenshot below.

From the Maintenance Calendar page, we can see the tasks are arranged in a calendar format for easy recognition. From the above screenshot, we can see the tasks in a date-based manner. We can click on the task card to get an overview of the maintenance.

Clicking on the task or request card will open a window displaying the task scheduled date, priority, etc. It is also possible to edit the maintenance request by clicking the “EDIT” button in the task details card depicted in the above screenshot. You can add new requests on a specific date in the calendar. Pick a date on the calendar, as seen in the screenshot below, to add a new maintenance request for that date.

And then click the "EDIT" button to be taken back to the maintenance request configuration form, where you can create the request as we discussed in the previous section on creating maintenance requests by providing the “Request” name,” Created By,” “Maintenance Type,” “Equipment,” “Request Date,” “Team,” ”Responsible” person name, “Scheduled Date,” “Duration,” “Priority,” etc.
