Manager

The manager has a space to regulate all the orders made by the company and the account of the lunch of each employee. The page provides the manager access to see today's order, control the vendor, control the account, and the cash moves.

Under Today’s Order, you can have the records of all the orders made by the employees on that particular day. In the page; you will get the details, such as Ordered Date, Vendor details, Product, Extras, Notes, User, Location of the lunch, Price of the product, Status, and the Company. All orders can be seen here for the manager.

In the Control Vendors option, you can have all the information regarding the order done from various vendors. In order to get the details, you can select any particular product from the specific vendor.

Using the Control Accounts option in the Manger menu, you can assess the accounts of every employee. On the page, you will get the details of all the accounts of the employees. On selecting a particular employee, you can easily view the orders made by them and the account balance as well.

Using the Cash Moves option in the Manger menu, you can track and manage the cash moves. It is used to keep records of all the cash moves. In the window, you will get the records of all cash moves with the Date, User, Description, and amount of the item, respectively. To make a new record, you can make use of the Create button.

In the Creation window, you will get the spaces for providing the User’s name, Date, Amount, and description on the Cash Move. Finally, go to the Save button.
