Replenishment

The Replenishment feature allows you to restock your deprived stock from their vendors and route. You must configure the particular vendor to its stock during stock replenishment. To use this feature, select ‘Replenishment’ from the Operation menu. Here, you can analyze and micromanage the replenishment orders made in this module.

As you can see in the picture above, there is a filter on the left side of the window named ‘Trigger.’ This area for filters is a new feature of the Odoo 16 Inventory module. It has three categories – All, Auto, and Manual – filtering replenishment triggers into ‘All’ (manual and automatic), ‘Auto,’ and ‘Manual.’

Click on the Create button to generate a new replenishment order.

You will get a new line below the existing list to enter the details like the Product name, Preferred Route, Vendor, Minimum Quantity, Maximum Quantity, and To Order. The fields like ‘On Hand,’ ‘Forecast,’ and ‘UoM’ will update automatically depending on the product selected.

The ‘i’ icon highlighted below shows the details of Replenishment

Click on the ‘i’ icon corresponding to the product of which you want the Replenishment details.

Use the Order Once icon, as shown below, to quickly place a replenishment order.

This button is used for the manual replenishment of the respective product. The Automate Orders button will shift the replenishment process to automatic. Use ‘Snooze’ to mute the notifications for a specified period. You will get the following window upon hitting the Snooze button.

Set the day and date for snoozing, and click on ‘Snooze.’
