Services

Based on the services for the vehicle can be seen and controlled using the service option provided in the Fleet management module. In the Fleet Menu, you will get the option of Service, as shown in the image below.

Here, you will get all the already created services, which include the details, such as the Date of service, Description of the service, type of service required, name of the vehicle, name of the driver, vendor, extra notes, and the present stage of the service. The page can be seen in Pivot, List, Kanban, and graphical view. To do a new service for the vehicle, you can go to the Create button.

On the service creation page, you can give the details, such as a short description of the service, type of service, the date on which the cost is executed, the vendor, the name of the vehicle, the driver, and the value of the odometer. Below to the Notes tab, you can give data regarding the service of the vehicle. Finally, go to the Save button.
