Contracts

Using the Contracts option, you can keep the records and make modifications in the already configured vehicles. The option will be available in the Fleet Menu, as shown below.

On this page, you will get the name of the contract, starting date of the contract, expiry date of the contract, name of the vehicle, vendor’s details, driver, cost for recurring, recurring cost frequency, and the status of the contract, respectively. The page can be seen in Kanban, Pivot, Graphical, and on Activity views. To make a new contract, go to the Create icon.

On the creation page, you have to give the contract information, such as the employee who is responsible, the type of the cost which is purchased using this type in the Type space, Vendor, Reference, Cost of recurring, and the Company name. Cost of activation can be given in the Cost of Activation field for ensuring the price which is paid only one time during the creation of the contract and the recurring cost as well. Under the Vehicle Information Tab, you can mention the vehicle, and the driver. Under the Invoice Date, you can give the date on which the price is executed and the contract expiry date in the corresponding space provided.

In the Included Service option, you can provide the Included service for the vehicle. Below the Terms and Condition option, the extra information based on the contract can be easily added. Finally, go for the Close Contract option.
