Skills

On making a new profile for the employee in a company, you should include different skills within them. On activating the developer mode, you will get the skills option on the configuration menu.

On the page, you will get an already-created list of skills. On selecting the Create icon, you can include a new skill in the existing list.

Here, you have to give the skill type in the space provided. Suppose if you are selecting a particular language; then you can provide various languages that you know with the help of the Add a Line option. Below the Levels tab, you can determine various levels in order to measure the knowledge in the particular language with the help of Add a line option.

On the page, you have to give the name of the level and rate of progress. As the language is selected as a skill, you can include various levels to calculate the knowledge in the provided language. On completing all the processes, you can select the Save icon.
