Under the configuration menu, you will get the goals history option. On the page, you will get the history of all goals with the details, such as starting date, ending date, current, to reach, and completeness as well.
On the Resume Line Type option, you will get the lines that should be filled in a resume. It includes internal certification, experience, education, and completed internal training as well. If you need to add a new type, go to the Create icon. On doing so, you will get a new line to add a new option.
Under the settings of the Employee module, you have different options in order to enhance the working of the module properly.
In the Employee tab, you have to mention the Presence control option. It is mentioned according to the presence of the employee in the user status and on attendance. Under the Attendance presence control, it helps to control the advanced presence of employees according to the number of emails sent and on IP addresses. Now, you have the Skill Management option, which helps to empower the profile with the skills and employee’s resume.
Below the Work Organization option, you trigger the default company schedule to regulate the working time of your employee. You can permit employees to update their data by triggering the Employee Editing option in the Employee update rights.
