The department menu in the employee module helps you to create departments. The employee data can be regulated based on their departments.
Here, on this page, you can see a new view of the page. The page comprises various departments. It is very easy to regulate different operations with the help of advanced options. You will get each department separately, along with an employee icon for each of them. The option helps to get the information of employees who are working under particular departments. You will also get the number of absentees in every department.
The view of the previous operations in every department will be provided on the dashboard, which includes options such as time off request, allocation request, new applications, expense report, and many others. You can regulate each of them by selecting the particular one. On the page, you will get the details of the time off requests of the particular department. It can be either approved or refused accordingly. Similarly, you can regulate the operations of the departments. On selecting the three dots, you will be provided with the option to create reports on attendance, time off, recruitment, expenses, and timesheets, as shown in the image below.
To make a department on your own, then go to the Create button.
On the creation page, you can add the name of the department, parent department, name of the manager, and company as well. Finally, go to the Save icon.
