It is considered as a written signed document between the employee and the employer. Before entering into the work, it is necessary to detail the working hours, payment details, duties that they have to do, and the responsibilities. There is space in the employee module to do this step. The option will be available under the Employee's menu.
Here, on this page, you will get the details, such as employee, hire date, contract name, starting date, and the current status of the contract. The page will show the list of such contracts. The status of the contract can be expired, new, or running. The page is visible in the Kanban view as well. Under the Employees tab, you can have the contracts of the employee, which include the work, job position, contract terms, duties, salary structure, and validity of the contract, work permit, time schedule, and many others.
It is easy to create such contracts for the employee. The option of the contract will be available in the main dashboard.
On selecting the create icon in the contract page, the above image will appear. There you can give the name of the contract, the name of the employee, the contract starting date, the contract ending date, the salary structure type, the working schedule, department, job position, contract type, and the HR responsible in the allotted spaces.
The salary structure type can be changed using the external link. As in the image, you can provide the structure type, country name, and default working hours. Likewise, you can schedule the working schedule with the help of the external link.
On the page, you can provide the average hours per day, the time zone in the provided space, the time schedule for every working day in a week, and many more. You can change to a two weeks calendar icon that helps you to create a work schedule for the defined two weeks.
In the HR responsible space, you can include a person for validating the contract. And under the contract details, you have a notes option to mention the terms and conditions as well. The next tab in the contract is, salary information, which helps you to add salary- based data.
Here, you can add the monthly gross wage in the allotted space. Finally, go to the Save icon.
