Challenges

The option of challenges in the Employee module helps you in increasing the spirit during work in a company, like badges. Odoo assists you in making such different challenges. You will be able to trigger particular rewards for those who complete the challenge and attain the goal.

On this page, you will get already created challenges in list view. It can be viewed in Kanban view as well. Using the Create icon, you can make such a challenge very easily.

On the page, you can add a name for the challenge. The members of participation can be included here under the Assign Challenge option. In the periodicity, you can provide the automatic goal work. This can be made on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. If nothing is selected, the challenge will be manually selected.

The challenge can be assigned as an Individual goal or leader boarding the display mode option. On this, you can decide whether this is to be an individual or group challenge. Under the responsible option, the one who is responsible for this challenge can be presented. The start date will make the challenge start on a particular day, and the end date will end the challenge.

In the Goals tab, you can provide the list of goals with the help of the Add a Line option. Along with it, the goal definition and target can also be mentioned in the allotted spaces. There is a description tab as well to provide a short description of the challenge.

Under the Rewards tab, you can determine the rewards for the challenge. On using the drop-down menu, every succeeding user and 1st user will get the reward. You have an option to trigger, which is Reward, as soon as every goal is achieved. On triggering this option, you will be rewarded immediately after reaching the goal.

Under the Advanced option, you can mention the subscription, notification messages, and reminders for manual goals as well.

In the subscription option, on the suggest to users option, you can include new users to suggest this challenge to get subscribed. Under the Report Frequency option, you can trigger the notification messages to the users. Based on the display mode that we select, the report will be set as individual or shared. There is an option to assign reminders for manual goals as well. The non-update manual goals will be shown after a specific number of days.

When you are done with all the procedures, go to the Save icon. Then, you can trigger the Start Challenge option in order to begin the challenge.
