Karma Tab

The Karma tab allows you to define different karma points or rewards for course members to encourage active participation in different phases of the course. Students earn Karma Points as a reward for completing the activities specified in the course. You can ask questions, add comments, and vote for content by configuring the data fields given.

Karma points are reward points in Odoo's eLearning module that can be earned if an employee or candidate completes their course or section appropriately.

The Karma “ACCESS RIGHTS” section item “Add Review” can be used to specify the karma points required to add a review to the course. The karma required to add a remark on a slide can be contributed via the “Add Comment” option, and the karma required to like or dislike a slide can be indicated in the “Vote” field. If the candidate receives these precise points, only this individual will be able to perform activities such as reviews, comments, or Like.

You must fill out the data sections titled ‘Review Course,’ ‘Finish Course,’ ‘Add Review,’ ‘Add Communication,’ and ‘Add Vote’ in the "Karma Tab," as seen in the screenshot below.

Giving members “REWARD” (karma) points for their engagement will keep them active and give them access to additional features.

Save the Course details using the Save icon provided in the upper right corner of the page. After creating the Course, you can see the “CONTACT ATTENDEES” button on the upper right side of the page, as shown in the below screenshot.

Clicking on the button will open a new form that can be used to configure mass mailing for candidates via bulk mailing, allowing for better communication. The form contains three tab sections, such as Mail Body, A/B Tests, and Settings, illustrated in the screenshot below.

You can provide a mail subject on the Subject field and configure the Recipients details by adding a filter option. You can customize the recipient's mail by setting rules and conditions to send massive amounts of mail to all the targeted recipients.
