The “Project” Dashboard provides an analytical report of various Tasks created or performed under your organization or business. You can view the Bar Chart and Pie Chart Representation of Tasks by Stage and Tasks by State at the start of the page, as shown below.
You can view the number of tasks and total hours logged and analyze the details of the tasks by stage and state, also “Top Assignees,” “Top Projects,” “Top Tags,” and “Top Customers.”
To get relevant data for your Report Analysis, use the Sort and Filter options at the top of the page. Periods, Assignees, Projects, Tags, and Customers may all be used to filter the data.
This section covers the Timesheet Based Dashboard View, which contains Critical Billing Info such as “Billable Hours,” “Non-Billable Hours,” and “Billable Rates.” This Timesheet dashboard assists customers in readily understanding their Productive hours and managing or improving their business or work efficiency for business growth.
You can view and Analyze the Data reports containing Data Groups named “Top Projects,” “Top Tasks, Top Departments,” and “Top Employees.” You can click on the desired Data fields from any group to change the metrics of the Graphical Representation.
In this category, you can view the marketing-based dashboard, which focuses on numerous Event Reports like the Number of Events, Revenues, and Attendees. Users can rearrange the Analytical Report View using various metrics available in the Filter sections provided by the Odoo platform, containing Period, Venue, Template, Tags, and Organizer.
We can see the Event Status and Registration Status based on graphical data on the page, as shown in the screenshot below.
Events-based Dashboard contains Data groups such as “Top Venues,” “Top Templates,” “Top Tags,” and “Top Organizers.”
The Website Dashboard Provides Live-Chat and E-Learning Based Reports. This Default Odoo Data Analytics helps users easily review and improve their website Live-chat processes by analyzing the previous data records.
You can view the Total number of Livechat “Sessions” from the last period, the “Average Time to Answer,” the “Average Session Duration,” and the “Average Rating.” The Graphical Representation of “Daily Sessions” and “Sessions by Operator” are displayed at the top of the Dashboard page. And you can see the list of “Top operators” in the data group section, as shown in the screenshot below.
Odoo offers default Dashboard data for Online “Courses,” “Content,” “Rating,” “Attendees,” and “Revenue” for a limited time. We can only filter data based on the period.
Here, Odoo provides a graphical representation of the Revenue report and two data groups: “Attendees by Course” and “Views by Course.”
