Logistics Dashboard

In the “Logistics” Dashboard, Users can view the Detailed Analytical Report of their logistics analysis data of the business. The Odoo 16 community edition of the dashboard Module Provides three dashboard groups Purchase, Vendors, and Inventory On Hand.

Purchase

You can see the Dashboard based on the “Purchased,” “Order,” “Average Order,” and “Lead Time.” The page starts with a graphical view of the Total Amount Purchased in the last ninety days. You can also sort the required data based on the various filter options provided in the uppermost part of the page.

You can view the Auto created Logistics Purchase Dashboard groups in this section, categorized as “Top RFQs,” “Top Countries,” “Top orders,” “Top Vendors,” “Late Receipts,” “Top Product Categories,” “TopBuyers,” and “Top Products” by scrolling down the page. You can view and manage each of the Data fields in the dashboard just by clicking on them. For Example, Click on an RFQ Order so you can see the respective RFQ Configuration form will be opened, as shown in the screenshot below.

Vendors

Users can view the vendor-based dashboard data in this section. You can see the graphical analysis of Top vendors by Amount, and the reports are arranged by “Top Orders,” “Sourcing by Country,” “Top Vendors,” and “Top Buyers,” as shown in the screenshot below.

You can also Sort and filter the report analysis by using the various filters provided in the various filter sections available in the topmost part of the page.

Inventory On Hand

The “Inventory on Hand” dashboard displays a real-time view of a company's current stock on hand. The total inventory value and all locations these stocks are kept.

As illustrated in the picture below, Odoo displays a Pie chart depiction of “Stock Quantity by Location” at the top of the Inventory on the Hand Dashboard page.

You can filter the data using the various filter options available on the platform. The page contains data groups such as “Top Locations,” “Top Products,” and “Top Lots/Serial Numbers.”
