Lead Mining

The Lead Mining function in the CRM module is imperative in generating new leads from your database. The attributes, like the customer’s country, company size, industry, etc., are weighed in during this process. Go to the Settings menu under the Configuration tab to access this feature.

Activating the Lead Mining option allows you to generate leads directly from the Pipeline window. For this, go to ‘My Pipeline’ under the Sales tab.

Click on ‘Generate Leads’ to enter the required details regarding new leads.

In the window that pops up, specify the number of leads you would like to generate. You can choose one from the two options in the dropdown list next to this field – ‘Companies’ and ‘Companies and their Contacts.’ Mention the required details in the fields like Countries, States, Sales Team, Salesperson, and Default Tags. Activate ‘Filter on Size’ to set the range of the number of employees. After filling in all the info, click on ‘Generate Leads.’ You can avail of the same function using the Lead Mining Requests menu under ‘Configuration.’
