Contact Tags

Under the configuration tab, you will get the Contact Tags option, where you will get various kinds of contact tags. The contact tags will be visible as in the screenshot below.

There is Filters and Group By option to make the sorting options easier. The page contains a list of already created tags. In the list, the display name and color for each item can be seen. In order to create a similar kind of contact tag, you can go to the create option. The page will be seen as shown below.

Here, on the creation page, you can provide the tag name, and parent category accordingly. You can also select a color for the particular tag. To get the tag activated, you have an option of Active to trigger. Finally, go to the save button.
